Dale View is named because of the views of the surrounding dales. This cottage, which has literally bags of charachter, has an upstairs lounge (featuring a substantial old exposed beam seen on the picture) and kitchen area to take advantage of the views. The bedrooms, bathroom and seperate shower room are on the ground floor. There are two means of entry and exit, on the ground floor or up attractive external stone steps to the living area. 2 Flat screen tvs and full sky programmes

This cottage and our other cottages are in a glorious location with spectacular views but we are not remote being 350 yards from Village and Pub. Three cycle/footpath trails within 3m. Footpaths and bridleways surround our land which has two wild flower meadows bordering a nature reserve leading to River Dove. A short distance downstream is Dovedale. Quite apart from the great outdoors, there is more to do within 30 minutes drive than anywhere else in Britain!

The main bedroom can ben made up as a king size double or two singles. This is a new extension built in 2012 with the highest of standards as you would expect. It has the benefit of an en-suite bathroom - with underfloor heating. The second bedroom is a double and this has usage of a shower room.

Every year, we are constantly increasing the amount of services provided, such that the cottage now has full sky programmes, (film and sports package), wifi, access to a freezer where excellent ready made meals are sold at snsible prices, bicycle hire at one half the cost charged by commercial operators, even one electric bike is available for hire.

There are ten information folders in the cottage setting out in a personalised and highly organised manner all the attractions in the area, of which there are more to do wthin 30 minutes drive than anywhere else in the UK.
