Ta Mill is a secluded rural hideaway set in a peaceful hollow of 45 acres on the edge of Bodmin Moor. Uniquely Cornish, surrounded by rolling countryside, it is an idyllic place to relax and unwind. A brook meanders through the grounds, past a wildlife pond, through a woodland area and continues along the nature trail to a further wildlife pond 1/2 mile downstream. Set in a beautiful valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with stone outcrops & blossoming gorse, this is truely a haven for nature.

Ta Mill House is rated 4 stars by Quality Tourism and has 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a family room with 3 singles. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers and a further bathroom downstairs. Very spacious accommodation throughout with a wood burner in the lounge, slate tiled kitchen and seperate dining room with large farmhouse table. It also has a lovely walled garden and patio area outside. Oil fired central heating for all year comfort.

Enjoy the fabulous Hot Tub and Swim Spa - which are both available for private hire at Ta Mill. Uniquely set in the original waterwheel pit, the Hot Tub is perfect for relaxing under the stars or for watching the clouds go by. There is also a nature trail which is pushchair and wheelchair friendly with two wildlife ponds, mature gardens, games room with table tennis and pool table, laundry room, small shop, children's outdoor play area, 9 hole pitch and putt, free small dvd library and much more. Boscastle and Tintagel – explore the picturesque village of Boscastle with cottages dating back to the 15th Century and stroll along its timeless harbour. A few miles down the coast lies Tintagel, said to be the birthplace of King Arthur, which boasts superb walks with numerous pubs along the way. Tintagel Castle – a land full of mystic and legend, discover for yourself the rocky headland of Tintagel with King Arthur’s castle. The castle was recently voted one of the most romantic places in Britain so is a definite must for couples! Crackington Haven – its dramatic cliffs draw many tourists to this lovely spot, close to ‘High Cliff,’ Cornwall’s highest point. While you are there visit nearby hamlet St Gennys and the tiny historic church which has amazing views to Lundy Island. Bodmin Moor – Explore the crags and combes of Bodmin Moor. Scale the heights of the rugged but beautiful peaks of Roughtor or Brown Willy for a kestrel’s eye view of the moor. Look out for rare plants such as bog orchids and coral necklace and marvel at her mysterious 4000 year old Stannon or Trippet stone circles.
