The farmhouse dates back to 1840 , it has been extensively modernised over the years and is found at the end of a tarmac drive lined with Beech trees enjoying uninterrupted views over moorland with direct access on to the moor for walking and riding. The farmhouse, cottage and stables create an attractive courtyard with circular lawn and there is a large area of garden laid mostly to lawn for each property with plenty of space for ball-games. Each property has a set of garden furniture. There is ample parking for cars and horseboxes. The perfect spot to bring your horse on holiday !

There is a large reception hall leading to the drawing room with a wood-burning stove (logs provided). There is a large TV, DVD player and Hi FI system. The kitchen has been hand made in maple and is fully fitted. The Twin room is on the ground floor with a large en-suite shower room. Upstairs are three further double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. There are 4 additional children’s z beds which are available if required. Outside there is plenty of stabling and grass turn-out paddocks all with their own water supply.

Exmoor is an area of beautiful, unspoilt countryside that has something to offer throughout the year. Walking, cycling, riding, fishing, surfing, golf, exploring. Nestling at the heart of the spectacular Exmoor National Park, Winstitchen Farm has an enviable position, although completely secluded, Simonsbath, a well known Exmoor landmark is barely a mile away with pub and Hotel. The coast of Devon and Somerset is just a short 15 minute drive away with spectacular cliffs and coastal paths to explore.
