Benfield Cottage is at the end of the magnificent High Street just a few doors down from Grevel House, which is the oldest house in Chipping Campden and was built in the 14th century by a wool merchant and has a sundial set in one of the walls. There is a good range of shops and plenty of excellent places to eat all within a few minutes walk.

Benfield Cottage has one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom on the first floor. The bathroom has a large enamel bath with powerful shower over the bath. Downstairs the cosy sitting room has a wood-burning stove and a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. There is a terraced patio garden, which makes an excellent venue for those summer-time barbecues. Central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. Colour TV, DVD player and Hi Fi system in the living room and a basket of logs is provided.

Chipping Campden is an old market town at the northern end of the Cotswold Hills and is one of the jewels of the Cotswolds. It nestles in a hollow in the hills, but the majestic tower of St James church is always visible. The Cotswolds is made up of gentle rolling hills and honey-coloured stone cottages, with the villages nestling below in the valleys. This is a wonderful place to take a relaxing holiday or short break.
