SHORTBREAKS : SEE PARAGRAPH 5 PLEASE ! The Malthouse sits right beside the shoreline [tidal] and has ONE bedroom. 2 private parking spaces. A small private quay. It has really wonderful views of the Yealm Estuary

ONE DOUBLE FITTED BEDROOM (King size bed and small digital TV) NB: a curtained lockable glass door leading directly onto the quay. Separate fully fitted BATHROOM with shower over bath/heater. The washing machine and tumble dryer are behind a hall door. MAIN LIVING ROOM - Digital Colour TV, music centre, comfortable large suite etc plus 2 single sofa beds (snugglers) and one double sofa bed. Huge westward window stretching around 2 walls and 2 side windows, all overlooking the estuary. The KITCHEN is fully equipped including a dishwasher..

River swimming in the Yealm is safe although the outgoing tide is quite fast midstream. The smaller Noss Creek, with Pope's Quay is very popular, as are Old Cellars Beach and Stoke Beach

Electricity is included up to the end of September but thereafter is limited to £20 per week September to Easter. Bedding,bed linen and towels for 2 NO SMOKING AT ALL. EXTRA adults ( max 2) charged at £80 per week, extra children (max 2) charged at £50 >>>>>
