The lounge is a comfortable, light and airy room, and leads to a glazed ‘naya’ / conservatory with double doors looking onto, and accessing, the pool area. The kitchen is well-equipped and practical, with a door leading to the delightful barbecue courtyard with its shady trees and shrubs. Outside steps lead to a roof terrace with sea views – perfect for sheltered sunbathing or evening drinks with a view. The Balcon al Mar area itself has supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a bank within walking distance, and it is also within a few minutes drive of three picturesque rocky coves. Jávea’s Arenal beach is about 10 minutes by car, and offers sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea are about 5 km away, and three excellent golf courses are within a 20-minute radius.
