The position of Casa Isabella, within a few minutes of the lively atmosphere of Jávea’s Arenal, makes it the ideal choice for a relaxing and carefree summer holiday, an out of season break, or a long winter stay. Indeed, this high quality villa, in its beautiful setting, has an individual and special feel to it. It is set in a small, mature development of two-storey, linked villas around lawns, palm trees and flowering shrubs, and two lagoon-style pools. In the villa’s small, hedged garden there is an abundance of shrubs - hibiscus, poinsettia, roses and jasmine.

Inside, the villa is both spacious and comfortable. On the ground floor are the entrance lobby, a very large living area, with three piece suite. Satellite TV with selection of English channels. DVD player. Radio/CD player. Dining area - table, chairs, sideboard. Comfortable 4-piece cane suite by double patio doors opening directly into garden. Wide stairs to first floor. Air conditioning. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, walk in larder, table with a utility area with washing machine and drying facilities and a large, modern shower room/cloakroom. A wide staircase leads to the first floor hallway, with double bedroom with king-size bed. Balcony. Two twin-bedded rooms. Air conditioning in each bedroom. The front porch, with its south- westerly aspect, is ideal for catching the afternoon/evening sun, especially appealing in the winter months.

The Arenal beach, where there is a good choice of bars, restaurants, shops, is an easy stroll of about 300 metres, and the attractive port and historic old town of Jávea can be reached by bus or by car in minutes.
