Oria Farmhouse is a true escape from the hectic busy lives that most of us now lead. There is no better place to escape from it all and experience the true beauty of rural Andalucía amidst the stunning countryside of olive groves, orchards of citrus trees and dramatic hills and valleys. The holiday home is located approximately 2km outside the tranquil village of Oria containing bars, restaurants, banks and shops. The larger market town of Albox is only a short 20 minute drive away. Located within a small hamlet with only 6 other properties the Casa is fronted by a small terrace where you may be lucky enough to meet the friendly neighbours. Entering the property takes you down the main hall through to the sitting room and adjoining dining area complete with log burner if it ever gets too cool in the evening. It’s complete with Lcd television, video, dvd player and satellite receiver containing some English programming. There is a fully fitted kitchen containing all of the necessary appliances for your use (Oven, Washing Machine, Microwave, Fridge-freezer). Towards the rear of the property is a second large lounge and you can exit through to the rear patio to relax and catch some Spanish sun rays on the provided sun loungers. There is one twin and one double bedroom downstairs and the master double bedroom is located upstairs with a further small lounge for extra privacy when required. There is easy access to a public pool in Oria for a relaxing cool down which is open all summer. Changeover day is flexible and all enquiries are welcome.
