This tastefully decorated modern property consists of 3 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower and toilet, main bathroom, lounge and kitchen/diner. The property is entered via a small lobby leading into a good sized lounge with french doors leading outside to the patio area and pool. From the lounge you pass into the light and airy kitchen/diner with windows on both sides of the house. To one side of the kitchen there is a small utility room and another door leading to a double bedded bedroom with its en-suite shower room and toilet. To the left of the lounge there is a step down to the central bathroom and toilet and left and right of this are two, twin bedded, bedrooms. There is also the possibility of the bed settee in the lounge being used for a further two people.

Lounge furniture, dining room table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher etc. Heating by electric radiators in each room. In the garage is a separate wash room with washing machine, tumble drier and freezer. All bed linen and towels are provided and a high chair and babies cot are available on demand at no extra charge. Outside there is a wooden, west facing, decking with garden table and chairs seating up to 8 people, barbecue and access directly from the terrace to the pool.

Situated just outside the picturesque medieval village of Le Chalard, this property is on the road to an ancient Roman goldmine which was still producing gold and silver until 2000.The house enjoys an elevated position on 5 acres of pasture land with stunning views over the lake and valley. It offers all the facilities for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Situated on the border between the Haute Vienne and Dordogne departments, within the Limousin and Perigord regions, you will be spoilt for choice for the many beautiful, historic and interesting places to visit, experiencing the simple pleasures that the 'France Profond' offers its visitors.

High season - 15th June to 15th September, Christmas/New year and Easter 950€/week Mid season – April, May to June 15th, 15th September to 31 October - 650€/week Low season – November to March 31st - 450€/week 25% deposit required upon reservation with balance to be paid 6 weeks before the start date. Tarifs inclusive of 20kw of electricity with a 0€14/kw supplement in excess of this. A weekly cleaning service is available if required with a 50€ supplement. A deposit of 200€ will be required at the start of the holiday which will be returned after verification and deductions.
